DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Absolutely, we ship worldwide with FAST DELIVERY.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 60 euros in France.
For other countries, fees vary depending on the destination.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
They are delivered between 2 and 3 weeks for Europe.
Between 3 and 5 weeks for the rest of the world
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Digne les Bains, France.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order is placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and your order number.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until you pay. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as payments via Paypal. We do not accept checks or wire transfers.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?
Absolutely, our store is fully secured and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the secure payment systems of Stripe and Paypal.
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND I ONLY RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, this is quite normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us and explain the problem and attach a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before sending).
The return is done exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your charge communicated by mail in return of your request. Upon receipt your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE?
You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to benefit from the guarantee "Satisfied or Refunded", you must contact us before any return to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
